1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

2. Return/Replacement Eligibility (Only if Product is Damaged/Defective)

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

To qualify, you MUST provide:

  1. Unboxing video (from the moment the package is sealed + product shown clearly)

  2. Photos of the product and packaging

This is mandatory to process claims with our courier partners.

Important: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed ONLY in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

  • Order was cancelled before dispatch

  • Wrong or duplicate payment

4. Cancellations

  • Items damaged due to customer error


8. Order Not Received (Lost Package)

If your order is lost by the courier:

  • We will issue a full refund or send a replacement

  • After confirmation from the courier investigation
