At BAELY, we engineer clinical-grade skincare protocols. Because our products contain highly active pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and are intended for personal dermatological use, we adhere to strict hygiene and quality control standards.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. The BAELY Hygiene Standard (Non-Returnable Items)
Due to the clinical nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or process refunds on opened, unsealed, or used products. Once the tamper-evident seal on the airless pump or outer packaging has been broken, the product is considered compromised and cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds if a product does not suit your specific skin type, as dermatological results and cellular turnover require consistent application over 28 to 45 days.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Products)
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided it meets the following strict criteria:
The item must be unused, entirely unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
The original shrink-wrap, tamper-evident seals, and secondary packaging (the outer box) must be perfectly intact.
You must provide a receipt or verifiable proof of purchase from baely.in or baelyskin.com.
Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns on unopened items, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We utilize premium airless pump packaging and robust shipping materials, but transit damage occasionally occurs. If you receive a product that is physically damaged, if the airless pump mechanism is defective, or if you received the incorrect item, we will resolve the issue immediately.
The Defect Protocol:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email support@baelyskin.com with the subject line: DEFECT / DAMAGE - Order #[Your Order Number].
Include clear, well-lit photographs or a short video demonstrating the damage, the defective pump, or the incorrect item, along with an image of the shipping box.
Once our quality control team verifies the defect, we will immediately dispatch a free replacement protocol via expedited shipping. We do not issue refunds for transit damage; we issue immediate replacements.
4. The Refund Process
If your return of an unopened product is approved, please follow these steps:
Contact support@baelyskin.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Securely package the item to prevent transit damage.
Once your return is received and physically inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your account.
5. Order Cancellations
Our fulfillment infrastructure is highly automated to ensure rapid delivery.
Pre-Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse (typically within 4 hours of placing the order).
Post-Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partners and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow the standard return process for unopened items.
