At BAELY, our clinical protocols are engineered for high performance, and we expect our logistics network to operate with the same level of efficiency. We partner with premium courier services to ensure your products arrive securely and rapidly, fully protected from transit heat and environmental degradation.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Standard Processing: All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST) Monday through Saturday are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

Notification: You will receive a system-generated email and SMS confirmation containing your tracking details the moment your shipping label is generated and the package is handed over to our logistics partners.

2. Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer pan-India shipping. Due to the high-demand nature of coastal and tropical environments, our network is optimized to reach both metropolitan hubs and regional coastal districts efficiently.

Metropolitan Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 Business Days

Regional & Coastal Hubs (e.g., Malabar Coast, Tier 2/3): 4 to 6 Business Days

Remote Territories (North East, J&K, A&N Islands): 7 to 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, regional operational bottlenecks, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward, transparent shipping tiers to ensure no hidden costs at checkout.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹90 applies to all orders under ₹1,499.

Free Expedited Shipping: We cover all shipping and handling costs for orders totaling ₹1,499 and above.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most serviceable pin codes. A standard handling fee of ₹50 is applied to all COD orders, regardless of the total order value, to cover the carrier's cash-handling surcharges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your protocol leaves our facility, you are in complete control.

Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS.

Alternatively, log into your BAELY account on our website and navigate to "Order History" for real-time transit updates.

5. Packaging & Transit Integrity

Our products, including The Coastal Protocol, are housed in premium, tamper-evident airless pump systems. This specialized packaging not only prevents oxidation during daily use but also acts as a structural shield, ensuring the formulation's temperature and pressure remain stable during transit, regardless of external heat or humidity.

6. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three (3) times before returning it to our warehouse.

Please ensure your shipping address, landmark, and contact number are 100% accurate at checkout.

If a prepaid order is marked as undeliverable and returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, or a refused delivery, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus a ₹150 deduction to cover the two-way logistics and processing fees.

7. Address Modifications

Our dispatch system is highly automated. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, you must contact us immediately at support@baelyskin.com. We can only modify shipping details if the order has not yet been processed and handed over to the courier (typically a 2-to-4-hour window). Once the order is in transit, we cannot reroute it.

8. Support Contact

If your tracking status has not updated in over 48 hours, or if your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to our team immediately so we can escalate the issue with the carrier.
